Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Typically, it takes 3-7 days from the time the order is placed for it to be shipped. Shipping times depend on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
Will I be charged customs duties on my order?
International orders may incur additional duties and taxes. This charge is not under our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office to see if they are charging duties and taxes on your purchase.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do? Before you contact us, please do the following for us:
● Check your shipping confirmation email to see if there are any errors in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Visit your neighbors in case the courier left it with them
If the shipping address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor's house, please contact us at bobby@trainingties.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?

I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email bobby@trainingties.com within one week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at vvvmshop@gmail.com to let us know
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who received the wrong item or a damaged item. If this is the case, please contact us at vvvmshop@gmail.com with photos of the wrong/damaged item and we will help you resolve it.
Can I exchange my item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size is the right size, please check our size chart - every item listed in our store has a size chart, located in the product description section. Although it is rare, the item you ordered may have been mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at bobby@trainingties.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new item or refund your money!
